Accessible to only Account Admins. 

  • Edit the primary contact details for the account and billing-related communications from Freshteam. All new feature related updates, emails, and invoices will be sent to the mentioned email address. 
  • Request an export of all the data. To request, click the button 'Request now'. Freshteam will raise the request as a support ticket on our front and the export data will be sent to your email address. It will take several minutes to export and send it to your email. So, please wait to reach out to support.

Note: The option to export all data is available only in the Estate Plan of Freshteam

  • Cancel your account. If you hit the button, 'Cancel my account', this will cancel your subscription with Freshteam and free up the URL that you've signed up for. Please export your account data before canceling your account.





Note: To change your billing currency, please send an email to billing@freshworks.com. However, if your account is on a trial period, then you can change your currency from the portal by heading to Admin >Plans and billings. Refer to the screenshot below.
