Only account administrators can access and make changes to account information and billing details. From this section, you can
- Edit the primary contact details for account and billing related communications from Freshteam. All new feature related updates, emails and invoices will be sent to the mentioned email address.
- Request an export of all the data. To request, click the button 'Request now'. Freshteam will raise the request as a support ticket on our front and the export data will be sent to your email address.
Note: It will take several minutes to export and send it to your email. So, please wait to reach out to support.
- Cancel your account. If you hit the button, 'Cancel my account', this will cancel your subscription with Freshteam and free up the URL that you've signed up for.
Note: Please make sure to export your account data before cancelling your account.
