To be able to leverage the Pre-Payroll in Freshteam, you would need to assign at least one user with the ‘Payroll Admin’ role in Freshteam. 

A user with a ‘Payroll Admin’ role would be able to do the following tasks: 

  • View the payroll section in Freshteam

  • Create and maintain Paygroups

  • Manage the payroll information

  • Share payroll information with payroll providers

NOTE
To capture the actual compensation/salary information against an employee record, the user can have any of the roles among the following:
- Account Admin
- Admin
- Payroll Admin
- HR Partner
- Limited HR Partner
