Accessible to Admin, Account Admin and HR Partner



On setting up a Freshteam account, you get a bunch of sample data to work around and understand the functions of the product. If at any point inside the product, you feel you no longer need the sample data, you can clear them. Here is how you can do it. 



  1. To clear sample data as soon as you set the account, go to “Settings”. 

  2. Here you will see the message to “Get Started” with your account.






  1. Click on “Get Started > Clear Sample Data” to clear the sample data. 

  2. If you choose to keep the sample data for a while and delete later, choose “Get Started > Keep them”. 





  1. To clear the sample data anytime after, go to “Settings”, you can see a “Clear Sample Data” tab on the top of the screen, click it to clear all your sample data. 








  1. A confirmation message will pop-up, select “Clear Sample Data” to confirm the process.
