How to Set Up Your Freshteam - RazorpayX Payroll Integration

1. Log into your RazorpayX Payroll account  
2. Navigate to the RazorpayX Payroll Integrations page under Settings > Integrations. 
3. Select the Freshteam option to start the integration
4. Enter your Freshteam URL and API key and establish the connection with Freshteam. Click on ‘Connect’ to begin the integration process.
5. Once the connection is established, we will begin the sync for the employee data from Freshteam to XPayroll once every 24 hours

Note: Once you activate the integration with Freshteam, you can only manage employee data on Freshteam. You will be blocked from editing employee data on RazorpayX Payroll to avoid data discrepancy (as displayed in the image)

  Only our paid plan users have access to an API key, therefore you must be on a paid plan to use this integration.
• Can my employees view their payslip within Freshteam?
  While this is not currently a feature of the integration, you can provide this as feedback to your RazorpayX Payroll account manager.
• Will my Leave Data get synced with RazorpayX Payroll?
  While this is not currently a feature of the integration, you can provide this as feedback to your RazorpayX Payroll account manager.
