If you set up an email Inbox in Freshteam, you can use an email like careers@yourcompany.com to manage your email correspondence. If applicants write to these email addresses, with their resumes, we categorize them as 'Email Applicants'. If applicants write to the job-specific email address, they just get added to the candidate view for the job.



You can see the list of 'Email Applicants' by going to Recruit > Candidates and choosing the 'Email Applicants' option. You can move applicants to a job posting at any point. Once you do, the email will be available for viewing in the candidate's candidate 360 Conversation tab.
