As you know, once the initial sync is over, 200 employee records will be automatically synced from Freshteam to TalentLMS. Let us understand how this works:

1. Go to TalentLMS. On the dashboard, you can see employee records. On the Registration column, wherever you can see 'A few moments ago' - those employee records have been synced automatically, just now.    

2. To edit and update an employee profile, go to Freshteam. Go to Employees > Employee Directory > Search for the employee whose profile you want to update > Click on Edit Profile

3. Edit the necessary information on the employee's profile page. Click on Save Profile

4. On your TalentLMS platform, you can see that the employee's profile has been updated.
