We recently introduced passive candidate management with Freshteam CRM to help our customers expand their top-of-the-funnel with passive candidate sourcing. Key changes include -
The previous sourcing stage has been renamed 'Applicants' to capture and manage active candidates/ inbound applicants.
We have added a new stage called 'Leads' to capture and manage passive candidates identified by the recruiters
Due to this change and the technical limitations, the reporting widgets where the stage “Sourcing” is used as a filter might show incorrect data or not show data at all. You need to manually go to these widgets and update the values ( typically in filters ) as per the language below to ensure that your reports don’t break.

For sub-stages, the reporting widgets where there are following sub-stages used as a filter might show old data. You need to manually go to these widgets and add these new values along with the old ones in the filter to get the complete data.

To ensure that you can identify these reports, we have automatically updated the report description where these widgets are present. You could update/clear the description of the reports post updating the values.
