Freshteam gives hiring managers and recruiters a chance to source internally for a specific job posting before they throw the doors open to the world. 


All the recruiter has to do is, toggle the "Allow employees to apply" button to let you apply for the job.



How do you apply for a job as an employee?

Just like when you'd refer a candidate, all you have to do is go to the relevant job posting and click on the 'Apply for this job' option.





Note: When you apply for a job, you'll get a screen confirmation and three other people will be notified i.e. your reporting manager, job posting's recruiter, and hiring manager. After that, it's up to them to get in touch with you and take it to the next level.
