Freshteam comes with a series of default reports that you can leverage to assess the efficiency of your recruitment team and have drill-down insights available at your fingertips.

The Candidate Profile curated report includes a set of graphs that help you visualise and evaluate your candidate pipeline.




It includes the following 5 widgets by default -


1. Candidate Funnel (All-Time)

This graph shows the total number of candidates in each hiring stage namely, Applicants, Screening, Interviews, Offer and Hire. It also shows the candidate volume by percentage in each stage.



Actions available on the widget -


Expand Widget

  • You can click on the 'Expand Graph' icon [ the first icon on the top right corner ] to view the expanded graph.
  • Once you are on this screen, you can click on the arrow next to the 'Show Underlying Data' tab to view the base data on which the graph has been made.


Edit Widget Chart Type

  • You have multiple options available to change the type of the graph as shown below. Click on Funnel Graph ( type of the current graph ) at the top right corner to view the options. This action is available once you expand the graph.


Export Widget

  • You can choose to export the graph in multiple formats by clicking on the hamburger icon or by clicking on the export icon. This action is available once you expand the graph.



Drill Down Analysis

  • You can click to drill down analysis on a widget with filters and group by options. Until you click on the save icon, the default widget available in the curated report will not change but you can play around within the widget without making any permanent changes to the default report. This action is available once you expand the graph.



Edit Widget


If you want to edit the default widget you can click on the 'Edit' button and make the necessary changes. This action is available once you expand the graph.

  • You can change the configuration of the widget by editing the metrics or grouping by fields. See more details in the gif below
  • You can also add filters to see data visualisation for a subset of the data



Change the Date Range for the Widget


You can also change the date range for the widget by clicking on the report filter icon as shown below - 




2. Average Time Spent by a Candidate in each Stage

This graph shows the amount of time a candidate spends in each stage on average. This widget could help you understand which are the hiring stages where the candidates end up spending the majority of the time and you might need to deep dive and/ or tighten the hiring process to fast-track hiring. 



As mentioned for the previous widget, you can expand the chart, edit the widget chart type, export the graph in different formats, edit the graph and change the date range for the widget.


3. How many Candidate Were processed Last Week

As is evident from the name of the widget, this graph shows the number of candidates who were processed last week. You can use filters to understand more on what was the hiring focus of your recruitment team last week and which stage did they end up boosting the candidate number for.




You can also change the date range here and view the number of candidates processed last month, last quarter, last fortnight and so on by editing the report filter icon. ( second icon on the top right of the widget report )

4. How many Candidate Were processed Last Month

The name of the graph shows the number of candidates processed last month. You can use this graph and the previous one to compare your weekly metrics and assess if your team was able to hit the weekly/ monthly target and take corrective measures if things are not on track.

5. Candidate by Fitment Rating

This graph shows the number of candidates in different rating buckets. It helps you understand the quality of candidates sourced by your hiring team. If you see more volume of candidates for the lower fitment ratings, you could focus your efforts on sourcing more high-potential candidates and assess why you might not be getting quality applicants.

6. Active Jobs - Top 25


This widget is available as a separate tab next to the overview tab of this curated report. This table shows you the list of the top 25 jobs where you have the majority share of candidate volume.
