Freshteam-Zinc integration enables HR leaders to easily conduct background checks within Freshteam. You can order a background check, check the status of the ongoing verification, and review the background check report - all in a single place. Let us understand how this works:

How to Order a Zinc Background Check within Freshteam

1. Open your Freshteam account. Go to Recruit and a new page will appear on your screen. 




2. Search for the candidate whose background you would like to verify. 



3. As a next step, the candidate's profile will open up. On the side bar, you can spot Zinc. Click on the Zinc logo. 



4. Now you will be able to order background checks for this particular employee. Click on Package and choose from various background verification packages offered by Zinc. As a next step, click on Initiate BG Check to order a background check. 






5. Once you have ordered a Zinc background check, on the side bar, you will be able to track the progress of the background check process. Additionally, this background verification will be updated on Tags section(under Summary Tab) and Comments Tab. 




How to view Zinc Background Check Reports within Freshteam

To view completed background check reports, click on View Report, and a new page will open up showing the background check report.
