When you sync your email provider like Gmail or Outlook with Freshteam, we send, receive and capture emails between you and your candidates/employees. With this, all your conversations are in one place. This little magic happens because your email provider lets us send and receive emails from your account, but how?
Because we use secured email servers to communicate with your email providers and they identify us through our IP address. To make sure Freshteam- Email integration work efficiently without marking emails spam or blocking them, it is important to add our email server's IP addresses in your email provider's whitelisted IPs list.
The IPs you need to add:

Typically, the IT team/IT Admin of your company should be able to add these IP addresses as whitelisted IPs in your mail server.
