Time off works differently in every company. Some would require multiple holiday calendars, different workweeks, different policies, different time-off types, auto approvals, custom accrual, half-day leaves and much more. The good news is, with Freshteam, you get it all.
In this article, we will see how to set auto approvals for time-off requests in a few simple steps.
To begin with, go to “Settings> Timeoff Type”.
Here, choose the Timeoff type you want to set auto-approval for, ie, Sick or Earned or Casual.
Click the “Edit” option next to the type you want to change.
The editing box will pop-up, click “More Options”.
Enable the Auto-approval by enabling the toggle.
Set your condition for Auto-approval and click “Save” to save your changes.
Note: If you are part of the Sprout Plan, you cannot add custom time-off type, so you can enable auto-approval only for the default types, ie, Sick or Earned.
