• After choosing “Office 365 Directory” as your import option you will be taken to this page if you have already enabled the integration, else you will be asked to enable it.

  

  • If you have authorized access, enable it from the integrations page and move to import, if you don’t, please add the Office admin as Freshteam admin to authorize.

 

 

  • Once you have authorized, click “Import Employees” to start importing. 

  • Once the import is completed, you can bulk edit the employee information to complete the profiles from a single window.

 

  • After filling in all the details, click “Create Employees”, you will get a confirmation message, click ‘Confirm’ to create your employees.

 

  • Automated Invite Email can be sent to your employees to access the portal, you can edit it, save it, send it later or save and send it immediately as required.
