Accessible to Admin and Account Admin

Freshteam allows users to opt-out of data trackers that are used for business analytics or for improving the experience with the software. Users with admin role access in Freshteam can perform the action. When users want to opt-out, they can reach out to the admins.

To opt-out an Employee from tracking do: 

1. Go to Employee Directory and choose the Employee you want to opt-out. 

2. It will take you to their profile, under Quick Actions, choose Opt-out of Tracking. 

3. Confirm the option and the employee is removed from tracking.
