In Freshteam, job roles have versatile function. When you archive candidates to the talent pool, you do so after associating them with a job role. You can filter available openings by job roles. You can group employees by function, by filtering with job roles.
In Freshteam, you can create your own set of job roles or edit existing ones to make them more relevant to your organization. For example, you can create roles like customer happiness officers and pre-sales engineers to complement your existing job roles.
How to create job roles:
- Go to Admin > General > Job roles. Click on the 'Add new' button in the top right.
- You can see a set of default roles. These, you can edit or create a new one.
